    July  2019 – Present

    Reimagined the B2B Employer desktop and mobile web application from the ground up, taking it from sketches to wireframes to prototype, through to testing and dev. Interviewed hiring managers and recruiters to understand their needs and pain points, and how Monster could leverage its assets to better serve the user. User tested prototypes and live site to make incremental improvements post-launch.

    Created mobile-first app prototypes in Axure and Sketch, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to design, test and refine user-centric UI/UX solutions.

    Created intuitive, user-centric UI/UX experiences for EvoText clients, which included several of the largest ed-tech companies in the United States.  Designed online applications that include interactive lessons and assessments used by thousands of school districts across the country.

  • Cambridge, MA

    October 2013 – December 2014

    Lead and directed UX and Marketing Design teams.  Built a team of UX designers, front-end developers, copywriters, graphic designers and video producers to create and market an Android-based POS solution. Designed, tested, and refined the interface for Leaf's custom tablet software.  Designed and optimized Leaf's cloud-based business management tool based on user profiles.

    March 2007 – September 2013

    Directed visual development of all consumer brand touchpoints for the world’s largest travel website, including design and optimization of international websites, mobile and tablet apps. Built team from 2 to 16 full-time designers, and managed several freelancers and vendors. Collaborated with copywriters and UX research teams to create the best possible user experience across all platforms.
